A: You can Pick-up your packages or have us deliver them.

A: No return policy once delivered to the warehouse.

Q. What methods of payments are accepted at drop off?
A: We accept cash and all major debit/credit cards.
Q. What are the methods of payment?
A: Cash, POS Swipe, Online Paymet, Cash App, Zelle, Bank Transfer, Paypal
Q. How do I schedule a delivery?
A: You can schedule a delivery by:
- Sending a whatsapp message to (876) 484-8850. Providing name, tracking # of package, date & time
- Log into your account and click schedule delivery after package has been updated to ready for pick-up. You will be prompted to either pre-pay or pay at drop-off
Q: How often do we ship for both sea & air freight?
A: Sea Freight is once a week. Packages that arrive by Thursday noon are packed and shipped off Friday morning to arrive in Jamaica by Monday/Tuesday latest and then processed for clearance.

B: Air Freight services are offered twice a week. Packages that leave Wednesday to arrive by 2-3 Business days, are available for pick up Saturday & packages that leave on Saturday arrive by 2-3 Business days and are ready for pick up Tuesdays.
